How to apply
Modes of Submission
Prospective students may apply through either of the following modes. All applications — offline and online — pass through the same scrutiny process before Merit Lists are published.
Merit-based admission
The Admission Process
All admissions are on merit and are subject to the approval of the affiliating university, Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU).

Scrutiny & Merit List
All forms (offline & online) go through scrutiny, after which Merit Lists are published.

Cycle I — Counselling & Interview
Candidates selected under the Merit List (Cycle I) are admitted directly through Campus Culture counselling and interview.

Cycle II (Subject to Seats)
Subsequent merit list(s) are released subject to availability of seats, following the same counselling and interview process.

Admission Interview
The candidate must be present in person, along with at least one parent/guardian, for the admission interview.

Submit Originals & Pay Fees
All original documents, along with 2 additional photocopies, must be submitted on the day of admission, followed by payment of fees.

Documents Checklist
For online submissions, upload all documents and photograph and pay fees — no need to submit copies. For offline submission, submit 2 photocopies of each document listed below at the College Office.
- Class X Certificate
- Class XII Marks Sheet (or its equivalent, admissible by RGU)
- Transfer Certificate
- ST / SC Certificate
- Five (5) Passport-size & Three (3) Stamp-size Photos
- Migration Certificate — only for candidates who completed Class XII other than CBSE
- Eligibility Certificate — only for candidates who completed a course other than the 10+2 pattern
- Gap Certificate — only for candidates with a break in years after Class XII
- Inner Line Permit — only for non-Arunachalee candidates
Aadhar Card and the first page of the Bank Pass Book (SBI) must be submitted only during admission.
