Examination Cell

The Examination Cell of Saint Claret College (Autonomous), Ziro is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and conduct of all examination-related activities of the College. As an autonomous institution, the Examination Cell ensures the fair, transparent, confidential, and timely implementation of the examination and evaluation system in accordance with the regulations of the College, the University Grants Commission (UGC), and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The Cell oversees the preparation of examination schedules, question paper setting and moderation, conduct of examinations, evaluation and grading, publication of results, issue of grade cards and transcripts, maintenance of academic records, and implementation of examination reforms. It also addresses matters relating to revaluation, supplementary examinations, grievances, and other examination-related services, ensuring the highest standards of academic integrity, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Working under the leadership of the Controller of Examinations, the Examination Cell is committed to providing reliable, student-centric, and technology-enabled examination services while maintaining the credibility and quality of the College's assessment system.
